The Schlüter®-Ditra 25 waterproofing mat is a water protection system under tiles (SPEC). It is also used for decoupling and equalization of water vapour pressure. Made of polyethylene, it decouples the tiled floor from its substrate to prevent the transmission of movements that could cause cracks or detachment of the covering. It is coated with a non-woven fabric on its underside.
