| Description | Ultibat accelerator is a setting accelerator additive that is incorporated into concrete and coatings in cold weather. It improves the hydration and exothermic reactions of freshly poured concrete for up to 3.5 hours. Areas of application: - Ultibat accelerator is suitable for ready-mix concrete, formwork concrete, prestressed concrete, prefabrication with steaming, and for all reinforced concrete and mortar work. - It provides energy savings in prefabrication with steaming because it allows the reduction of the setting treatment time or the steaming temperature. - It accelerates demoulding in prefabrication without steaming, allowing faster handling depending on the cement used and the ambient temperature. - It reduces the time taken to remove formwork from floors, formwork and posts. |
